Agree on the work we can keep up with#

We begin with your current marketing and the people involved. We identify which tasks need regular attention, what your team will continue to handle, and where we can take responsibility. If the direction itself is unclear, we may recommend a marketing review first.

The scope might include website updates, customer emails, useful search content, or campaign materials. We choose the mix around the business; we do not assume every channel needs more activity.

Build follow-up into the plan#

We can help organize what happens after someone shows interest: where inquiries arrive, who responds, and which information or email should follow. We document the agreed process so it has an owner and can be maintained. Any software setup or integration is identified in the scope.

Review the response and adjust#

We review completed work alongside the evidence available, such as customer questions, relevant inquiries, email responses, or website activity. We explain gaps in that evidence and use the conversation to choose what needs attention next.

We need timely access to business updates, materials, and approvals from a named contact. We agree on review dates and flag delays or new requests that affect delivery.

Keep the commitment clear#

Our proposal sets out the recurring fee, included work, review cadence, initial term, and arrangements for changing or ending the engagement. Advertising spend and outside software or production costs are separate. We agree on additional work before adding it to the commitment.
